Golden turmeric milk
Ingredients
2 cups of homemade plant-based milk of your choice
1 tablespoon of grated fresh turmeric root
or 2 teaspoons of dried turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon of extra virgin coconut oil
honey, maple syrup

Procedure
In a small bowl, mix turmeric, pepper, cinnamon and coconut oil to a fine creamy paste. If you don't have a blender, transfer the mixture to a blender and mix. Put the milk in the cooking pot, add the paste and mix well, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer gently for 3-5 minutes. At the end, add sweetener as desired

Coconut Milk             

Ingredients
2 cups of coconut flakes
4-5 cups of water depending on whether you want thick or thinner milk
natural sweetener of your choice: vanilla, honey, dates or stevia

Procedure

Ingredients
200 ml of coconut milk
juice of 1 1/2 limes
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 1/2 spoons of honey

Procedure
