2 dcl of milk

1 teaspoon of vegeta
a pinch of salt
a pinch of chives
a pinch of spring onion
1 tablespoon of butter
Heat the water, mix the flour, vegetables, salt, chives and spring onion into the milk. When the water boils, add milk and flour and mix until it thickens. When it thickens, add a little white wine and butter. Stir. This sauce goes well with various types of pasta and risotto.
